I came across Izzy Bizu just a few hours ago when I found out that she was one of the Coda Agencies (Akon, Emeli Sande, Icona Pop, Yuna) most recent signings.

At just 18 years young, the Singer + Songwriter hails from South West London where she grew up listening to Ella Fitzgerald, Betty Swann, Betty Wright, and James Brown. Topping her list of more recent influences include Adele and the late Amy Winehouse.

Having performed at “ILUVLIVE,” one of the UK’s most premier showcases spotlighting emerging talent, Izzy has proven herself to possess a creatively confident yet soft spoken ability to win over a crowd.

With her Acoustic EP expected to drop sometime this Summer, Izzy has already garnered the interest of music industry play-makers and supporters alike.
